Bio

Ally Kotalik graduated cum laude from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2007 with a minor in Psychology. She continued at Ohio University School of Physical Therapy graduating with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and the Director’s Award in 2010. She started her career in private practice in Oroville, California and began the Evidence in Motion orthopedic specialist residency program in 2012, graduating in 2013. She worked several per diem jobs while in private practice gathering home health and acute care experience before moving to Enloe Medical Center in Chico, California as an inpatient and then outpatient physical therapist. She earned her OCS in June 2019 and then began the Kaiser Permanente Northern California Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy program earning her FAAOMPT in 2021. Ally is an outdoor and exercise enthusiast who enjoys creative pursuits and spending time with friends and family. She believes staying interested in the world beyond physical therapy allows greater understanding and connection within it. Ally is an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor (ACCI) Level I.
