Bio
Ed Schiavone is the clinic director at Agile Physical Therapy, contracting services to Palo Alto Medical Foundation in Palo Alto, California. Ed earned a Bachelor in Science in Physical Therapy from Youngstown State University in Ohio in 1998 and received his Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Certification in 2005. He completed the Kaiser Northern California Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship in 2005 and has been a board certified orthopaedic clinical specialist since 2009. Ed previously served as the Agile Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency Director from 2010 through 2016. As residency director and clinical faculty, Ed has taught and mentored residents and led faculty and education curriculum development. Ed has been on the faculty of the the Kaiser Northern California Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship since 2010 and in 2016, co-founded PhysioTree LLC, a healthcare information technology start-up specializing in clinical applications.
