Bio
Hilary Register is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist with advanced training in Vestibular Rehabilitation, as well as experience in musculoskeletal care. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from San Jose State University in 2010 and completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy with honors at Chapman University in 2014. Hilary pursued board certification as a Neurologic Clinical Specialist in 2017. In 2018 she completed the APTA/Emory Vestibular Competency Course and in 2022 pursued further vestibular training with an Advanced Vestibular Physical Therapist certification. Specific professional interests include all vestibular disorders, concussion, Functional Neurologic Disorders, and working as a health advocate for patients navigating complex conditions. She believes that everyone has potential to improve and feels fortunate to work as a rehab professional helping those with complex conditions optimize their health and quality of life through positive movement strategies. Aside from her work as a physical therapist, Hilary enjoys time with her family and friends, preferably outside, near the ocean, and with a great cup of coffee. Hilary is a clinical mentor for the Kaiser Permanente Northern California neurologic residency program and is an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor (ACCI) Level I.
