Bio
JoAnne Pho is the Program Coordinator for the Kaiser Permanente Northern California neurologic physical therapy residency program. JoAnne received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California in 2006. She started her professional career as an intervention therapist on a large National Institutes of Health funded rehabilitation study looking at post-stroke walking interventions. She then went on to graduate from the Kaiser Permanente Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency in 2009 and became a board-certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy (NCS) in 2010. Her commitment to post-professional education extends from developing residencies, mentoring Physical Therapy residents, and serving the American Board of Physical Therapy Residency and Fellowship Education (ABPTRFE) as a program reviewer. JoAnne supports the advancement of Physical Therapists’ knowledge, skills, and responsibilities to positively impact people’s lives. JoAnne is an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor (ACCI) Level I.
