Bio
Larry Yan is a senior physical therapist at the Kaiser Permanente outpatient physical therapy department in Oakland, California. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics, Emphasis in Computer Science and in 2016 from MGH Institute of Health Professions with a Doctor in Physical Therapy. He completed the Kaiser Permanente Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship program in 2021 and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists. Larry has been teaching in the Kaiser orthopaedic programs since 2022 and is also a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children, being foodies exploring the Bay Area, traveling around the world and being a sports fanatic. Larry is an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor (ACCI) Level I.
