Bio
Marlowe Banatao is a physical therapist in the Kaiser Permanente outpatient physical therapy department in Dublin, California. He graduated in 2018 from A.T. Still University with a Doctor in Physical Therapy. He completed the Kaiser Permanente Northern California Orthopaedic Therapy Residency program in 2019 and the Northern California Kaiser Permanente Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship program in 2021. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists, board-certified sports and orthopaedic clinical specialist, and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Marlowe joined the Kaiser Permanente Rehabilitation Services Education team as faculty in 2021. Outside of clinical work, he is also a strength and conditioning performance coach for high school basketball athletes since 2012. He has a special interest in sports performance, the biopsychosocial components of sports injuries and leadership development in physical therapy. He enjoys watching construction development, youth athlete success, eating brunch, and making new memories with his wife and daughter.
