Bio
Stephen Chan is a clinical specialist in the Kaiser Permanente outpatient physical therapy department in Fremont, California. Stephen graduated from the University of California at Davis in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Biology and in 2011 from the University of the Pacific with a clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Stephen completed the Kaiser Permanente Northern California Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Fellowship program in 2017 and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists. Stephen has been teaching in the Kaiser Permanente orthopaedic residency and fellowship programs since 2018 and is also a board certified orthopaedic clinical specialist. Outside of the clinic, Stephen is an avid mountain biker. Stephen is an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor (ACCI) Level I.
