Bio
Tonga Chan is a clinical specialist at Kaiser Permanente outpatient physical therapy department in San Jose, California. She graduated from University of California Davis in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Biology and from University of California of San Francisco/San Francisco State University in 2011 with a clinical Master and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She completed the Kaiser Permanente Northern California Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship in 2017 and in June 2019, became a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist. Tonga has been faculty for the Kaiser Permanente Northern California orthopaedic residency program since 2019 . When not working, she enjoys being active and outside with her family. Tonga is an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor (ACCI) Level I.
