Fellows-in-training who are existing Kaiser Permanente employees enjoy benefits that include health, dental and vision coverage, and paid holidays through KP. Fellows-in-training employed by one of our partnering clinics are not considered Kaiser Permanente employees and do not receive KP benefits.
