Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency: Kaiser Permanente Modesto (acute care and outpatient)
Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency: Kaiser Permanente Modesto, Oakland, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Rafael, Santa Clara, and Walnut Creek. Our external partners at Butte Premier Physical Therapy (Chico, CA) and Table Mountain Physical Therapy (Oroville, CA).
Additional sites may be added.
Residents and locations are matched based on best fit. During interview process, applicants can indicate their preferences. Applicants’ interest will be taken into consideration but not guaranteed.
